Laxapet is a highly palatable, malt-based gel that relieves constipation and prevents hairball impaction in dogs and cats. By softening stools and lubricating the digestive tract, it provides gentle digestive relief. It is enriched with fish liver oil and essential vitamins. How It Works Laxapet works mechanically to help things pass smoothly through your pet's alimentary canal. It softens stools and lubricates the contents of the gut, making it highly effective for constipated animals and cats prone to hairballs. Key Ingredients (per 5g) Petrolatum: 2g Lecithin: 250mg Fish / Cod Liver Oil: 65mg Vitamins: A, B₁, B₂, B₆, and B₁₂ How to Use & Dosage The gel is flavored with fish oil, making it tasty enough for most pets to lick directly from your finger, their front paws, or their nose. Alternatively, you can mix it into their food. Cats: 2.5g - 5g daily for 2 to 3 days, then 1g - 2.5g 3 times a week. Dogs: 5g - 10g (1 - 2 teaspoons) daily for 2 to 3 days.
